The programme supporting the use of biomass – pellets „Subsidy 3 x 1000 EUR" is intended for encouraging household to install a new boiler burning the biomass – wood pellets.
 
BIOMASA Association has become the leader of biomass utilization in Slovakia in a period of 12 years of its operation. BIOMASA Association has 21 members (municipalities, cities, schools and health care institutions). The members with their boiler-rooms are the greatest consumers of pellets in Slovakia.
