Advisory and consultancy services for those interested in biomass and pellet heating is carried out daily. In addition to regular trips to interested parties for consultation, project team members are dealing with many phone calls and e-mail communications daily. Interested parties are turning to professionals with questions about heating, selection of appropriate technology, necessary structural modifications of the buildings to accommodate the technologies, pellet boiler operation, maintenance and other issues on which the interested people receive highly professional response. So far more than 1,200 trips to the customers were done. Supporting documentation are questionnaires of interested parties and summaries of the monthly trips to customers in the driver's logbook.
